Once your order is placed, it is sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

  • Multi-Bottle Packs (3 or 6 Bottles): Usually qualify for FREE US Shipping (subject to current promotions).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

puraviveofficial.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
